• Colour palette (primary, secondary, semantic tokens)
• Typography (font families, scale, weights)
• Logo files and usage rules
• Brand name, tagline, and tone-of-voice notes
• Icon and illustration guidelines

What does NOT belong here

• Component implementations → apps/web/components
• Design tokens as code → apps/web/styles or packages/ui (once created)
• Product feature decisions → business-requirements/
